COACHING AGREEMENT
Table For 9 Coaching, LLC
1. PARTIES AND SERVICES
Table For 9 Coaching, LLC (herein referred to as "Company") agrees to provide client with coaching program as identified on the first page of this document or website. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition to their participation in this program.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DISCLAIMERS
Service Limitations
Jackie (Jacqueline) (herein referred to as "Coach") and Company, is not an agent, lawyer, licensed counselor, doctor, project manager, therapist, public relations or business manager or specialist, registered dietitian, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. Client understands that Coach has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not: (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business sales for Client; (2) perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling, or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager; (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print, or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Coach's full network of contacts, media partners, or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program, unless mutually agreed upon via separate contract. Client is aware of Coach's office hours, Monday- Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Client may not receive a response to emails, texts, phone calls, or any other communication, until the next available business day. All sessions over Zoom or in person will be voice recorded. A transcript of the conversation may be requested any time. Videos may be used for distribution or passive resourcing.
Earning Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our services and their potential. There is no guarantee that you will earn money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our products, ideas, and techniques. We do not position any of our products as a "get rich quick scheme". Session Purpose and Limitations
Coaching services are intended for general guidance and personal development purposes only. While we strive to provide support and guidance to enhance your well-being and personal growth, it is important to note that our coaching services are not intended to serve as an emergency line or substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic intervention. Our coaching services function as an extension of our coaching practice, focusing on empowering individuals to identify goals, develop strategies, and make positive changes in their lives. We aim to provide a supportive environment for exploration, reflection, and growth. It is essential to recognize that coaching is not a form of therapy or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or seek help from a qualified mental health professional. By engaging in our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being. Our coaches are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the coaching process.
TLDR: We're life coaches, not doctors, lawyers, therapists, or business consultants. We can't guarantee you'll make money or get specific results. This isn't therapy or crisis intervention - call 911 if you have an emergency. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
3. SERVICE TYPES AND ELIGIBILITY

Client Acceptance Criteria
Table For 9 Coaching, LLC will not choose which clients to work with based on race, creed or religion, sexual orientation or preference, gender, ancestry, or military status.
Coach will not work with any individuals under the age of 21 years old. Clients under the age of 25 are not guaranteed to work with Coach longterm, with the exception of typing sessions. Coach will not meet behind closed doors with an individual who is married or in a relationship and is male or expresses as male, with the exception that there is consent for recording of in-person sessions on a separate contract.
Clinical Screening
Table For 9 Coaching, LLC is not a licensed counseling service previously mentioned in the disclaimer section. Should Coach or any future staff member engage in a telephone consultation with a potential client, and see fit that the potential client is in need of clinical assistance, Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to deny potential client services on that bias. If Coach or future staff members engage in an intake session with a potential client, and see fit that the potential client is in need of clinical assistance, Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to deny potential client services on that bias. If Coach or any future staff has already signed an agreement with Client and see fit that Client is in need of clinical assistance after some time, Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to stop all coaching services immediately. Client will be informed of this termination of services, receive a written letter, and be refunded for the sessions that have not yet taken place between Coach or future staff and Client. Client may resume sessions with written note from licensed clinical counselor on their letterhead.
Coach reserves the right to terminate or deny services with any clients if necessary due to patterns of unpaid invoices or late payments, demand letters, last minute cancellations, breaking of contract/confidentiality, breaking set boundaries, or any other reason coach sees fit.
TLDR: We don't discriminate but we don't accept everyone - it's about age, fit, and whether you need clinical help instead of coaching. We don't work with anyone under 21, and those under 25 aren't guaranteed to work with coach long term because of how fast life is changing for you at that stage. Some programs require you to complete our bootcamp first. If you need therapy instead of coaching, we'll stop services and refund unused sessions.
Payment Terms
Prices and fees are subject to change. Payments are due on receipt and services will be subject to start based on executed payment. Payments for recurring services are due on specified date on Client's invoice. Discounts are not guaranteed. NJ State Tax will be added to each invoice where applicable, or other state tax as travel permits.
Recurring/automated payments for all 9 sessions will continue whether the sessions are utilized or not, such as a subscription or membership. As stated above, if a client wishes to book session by session with no end date, they must finish one round of the 9-session package first to hold that price.
If an open invoice exceeds 30, 60, and 90 days, the invoice may be subject to late fees or sent to a collection agency. Coach reserves the right to yield or cancel all services due to unpaid invoices.
Group Session Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% assumed cost must be paid for all group sessions to hold a desired date. Final payment price will be determined on the invoice and may not equal to the initially established 50% of the paid deposit.
For groups, cancellations, deposit may be transferable if 1) cancelled 72 hours before travel or 72 hours before scheduled virtual group call and 2) date is changed to another date within 60 days of intended scheduled date. Groups who have paid deposits and cancel within 3 business days of intended date forfeit deposit altogether and may be billed for travel expenses if needed. To rebook, another deposit must be paid for another date.
Travel Costs
Coach will include travel costs into quote given to point person or group coordinator and added to final payment invoice. If coordinator would like to keep travel reimbursements separate coach will submit them via a separate invoice. Travel reimbursements follow the same timeline as stated in payment and fees section.
TLDR: You can pay in full upfront, pay per invoice, or set up automatic payments. Prices can change and tax applies. Late payments get fees and may go to collections. Group sessions need a 50% deposit to hold your date. Travel costs are extra for groups.
5. SPECIFIC PROGRAM TERMS
Monthly coaching
The term of this agreement begins on the date of the first scheduled session with Coach and lasts exactly 12 full weeks (3-month package) or 24 full weeks (6-month package). Client acknowledges and agrees that any sessions not completed by the end of this period are forfeited and will not be extended, refunded, or carried over.
RP Bootcamp Terms
RP Bootcamp is fully non-refundable. Sessions may be converted into general sessions scheduled at client's discretion.
RP BOOTCAMP SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
Retainer and Custom Pricing
All retainers are subject to approval. Terms and prices are agreed upon mutually by Client and Coach and listed in invoice item's description.
Typing Sessions
All Enneagram Typing sessions are due for the full invoice amount regardless of time spent in meeting. Signature of this contract as it relates to a typing session does not guarantee working 1:1 with Coach. There are no payment plans for typing sessions. The typing session still abides by all other clauses of this contract and agreement. Typing sessions are a series of both questions and discussions by Coach and Client. Coach is not responsible for mistyping based on the constant back-and-forth nature of the session. Full day typing sessions can be broken down into 2 sessions maximum.
Session by Session Meetings
Clients may have the option to schedule session by session in lieu of a package. Session by session bookings may be higher in price and prices are subject to change. Coach reserves the right to terminate contract for no call no show. There are no payment plans for session by session retainers. Contracts will be made and signed per session unless otherwise specified by the last page of this contract.
Courses
Participation in Jackie Contessa's courses are elective. All purchases are non-refundable, and fees are due in full upon enrollment. These courses are designed for personal exploration and growth; no specific outcomes, results, or transformations are guaranteed. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
TLDR: Different programs have different rules. BYO coaching requires minimum session frequency. Bootcamp must start within 5 weeks or becomes non-refundable. RP Bootcamp is never refundable and requires weekly/biweekly sessions. Typing sessions are paid in full regardless of time spent. Courses are non-refundable.
6. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Standard Cancellation Policy
Table For 9 Coaching, LLC and Coach understand that emergencies and unexpected moments happen. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and rescheduled session must take place before no later than ten days after original session would have taken place.
If cancelled session cannot be rescheduled by on account of the Client (scheduling issues, lack of follow through, etc.), Client is liable to pay 100% of missed session's invoice amount, or not receive refund if already paid.
Exceptions to this will be granted, case by case, by Coach for reasons such as but not limited to physical or mental emergencies, bereavement, and any other exception Coach deems as acceptable. Should Coach deem an exception to a missed session, it is not guaranteed that Client will make up that session in their contract period and may be subject to lose that session with Coach.
No-Show Policy
For any sessions in which Client does not show (no-show) and has not contacted Coach by phone or email prior to 2 hours of the session start time, the session will be forfeited without refund and/or will be billable. There is a 15-minute grace period for all meetings after the agreed start time begins.
If client is late, the session may continue for the remainder of time permitted but will be billed for the full session. Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to terminate agreements and programs with Client if Client reschedules more than three sessions back-to-back.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If a cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the session and is initiated by Coach, Client reserves the right to make up that session and request a bonus session, free of charge.
Group Session Cancellations
Rescheduling policy varies for group workshops/sessions and speaking engagements. Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable if canceled date is canceled within 3 business days.
Session Transferability
One-time/bundle and typing sessions, as well as retainers and Bootcamp, cannot be refunded. If unused, they are transferable to another date or person.
TLDR: You need to cancel 24 hours ahead and reschedule within 10 days. No-shows get charged full price. If you're late, you still pay for the full session but only get the remaining time. If we cancel last minute, you get a makeup session plus a bonus session. Too many reschedules and we can terminate your contract.
7. REFUND POLICIES
General Refund Policy
As stated in the Non-Discrimination clause: If Coach or any future staff has already signed an agreement with Client and see fit that Client is in need of clinical assistance, Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to stop all coaching services immediately. Client will be informed of this termination, receive a written letter, and be refunded for the sessions that have not yet taken place between Coach or future staff and Client.
For unsatisfied clients who do not wish to continue the program further, we will issue a refund of sessions that have not yet taken place if Client has paid in full. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Table For 9 Coaching, LLC. If Client and Coach or other staff members of Table For 9 Coaching, LLC have met, gone over exercises, viewed materials, etc., Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to deny request for refund.
Retainer Refunds
Clients who choose to have Coach on retainer and have been approved for a set amount every month will not be refunded payment that is the sum of unworked hours. Coach may make an exception for unworked hours while Client is on vacation for two weeks or more at a time. This is not guaranteed.
Deposit Refunds
Those signing up for a package with a deposit will not receive their deposit back when they cancel services, even if sessions have not started yet.
TLDR: Refunds are only for unused sessions if you paid in full, and only at our discretion. If we refer you to clinical help, you get refunded for unused sessions. Retainers and deposits are non-refundable. If you've already used materials or had sessions, no refund.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Mutual Confidentiality
Company and Coach respect Client's privacy and insists that Client respects the Company's and any other program or workshop participants (herein referred to as Participants). Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any confidential information shared by Company or Participants or any representative of Company is confidential and belongs solely to the individual who discloses it. Both parties, Coach, and Client, agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any confidential information. Confidential information includes but is not limited to information in this Agreement. Both parties will keep confidential information in the strictest confidence. Client agrees not to violate Company's publicity or private rights. Client will NOT reveal information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or Company's direct or indirect dealings, which includes but is not limited to: worksheets, workshop takeaways, and intellectual property.
Mandatory Reporting
Table For 9 Coaching, LLC reserves the right to disclose any information about the Client, their progress, or their file if the Client exhibits what is reportable by law, which includes but is not limited to: suicidal thoughts or intentions, homicidal thoughts or intentions, or warrant by police. Jackie/Table for 9 Coaching is a coaching service, and thus, a mandated reporter. ALL of client's confidential information will be treated with respect.
Intellectual Property Protection
Client agrees that they do not have the license to redistribute workshops, work sheets, session ideas, or any other intellectual or tangible property belonging to Company, especially on, but not limited to, social media or networking platforms.
Coach's Use of Client Content for Marketing
Coach reserves the right to use Coach's own words, insights, or experiences shared aloud during sessions for social media, marketing materials, or educational content, provided such use does not breach client confidentiality or reveal identifying information. Coach will use discretion to ensure any shared content focuses on coaching concepts, methodologies, or general insights rather than personal details. Client consents to such use by engaging in coaching services.
Coach's Use of Ai
Coach reserves the right to use AI products and services to enhance client experience, including but not limited to in-session transcript and note takers.
False Pretenses by Coaches
The Client represents that their engagement with Coach's services is made in good faith. If the Client is a coach who currently uses the Enneagram, plans to use the Enneagram, or adopts the use of the Enneagram in the future, or is a general coach or consultant to other individuals or entities with a particular expertise or not, and books services under the pretense of having no prior knowledge of or intent to use the Enneagram or coaching material, the Client acknowledges that such misrepresentation constitutes booking under false pretenses. In such cases, Jackie Contessa and Table for 9 Coaching LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action against the Client for damages, including but not limited to compensation for the theft or misuse of proprietary material, as well as any additional legal remedies available under applicable law.
Similar Language and Enforcement
Client acknowledges that the unique language, concepts, and approaches in the Coach's content are the intellectual property of Jackie Contessa and Table for 9 Coaching LLC. If the Participant uses language, methods, or materials in any public or private setting (e.g., coaching sessions, social media, websites) that Jackie Contessa and Table for 9 Coaching LLC deems substantially similar to the Content, the Client grants Jackie Contessa and Table for 9 Coaching LLC the right to contact them with evidence of such similarity and request the immediate removal or cessation of the infringing material. The Client agrees to comply with such a request within two (2) business days. Failure to comply may result in Jackie Contessa and Table for 9 Coaching LLC pursuing legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief and damages, to protect its intellectual property and enforce these terms.
TLDR: Everything we share is confidential both ways - you don't share our stuff, we don't share yours (except if required by law for safety). You can't redistribute our materials or copy our methods. We can use insights from our sessions for marketing (without identifying you). If you're a coach pretending not to be one to steal our ideas, we can sue you. If you use language too similar to ours, we can make you stop.
9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY
Client Responsibility for Results
All of Table For 9 Coaching, LLC's programs are developed for strictly self-awareness and personal growth purposes only. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from any program or sessions. Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Client understands that because of the nature of the programs and their extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in the programs or sessions. Program education or information is intended for a general audience and may not be specific advice tailored to any individual. Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
TLDR: You're 100% responsible for your own results and progress. We don't guarantee anything will work for you specifically. Every person's results will be different, and you could lose money. This is general guidance, not personalized advice.
10. TERMINATION AND LEGAL PROVISIONS
Termination by Company
Company is committed to providing all clients working with Coach or Company a positive experience. By purchasing and agreeing to a service or session with Table For 9 Coaching, LLC or Coach, Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate Client's participation and working relationship with Coach, Company, or any future staff members of Company without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, if Client fails to follow session or workshop, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of other Participants if in that setting. Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.
Indemnification
Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, Company's officers, Coach, employers, employees, contractors, directors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever -- including without limitation, claims, damages, judgements, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, counseling fees. Client shall defend Company in any legal actions rising or relating to this agreement.
Legal Remedies
By signing this agreement, electronic signature or otherwise, Client acknowledges that if they violate or display any likelihood of violating confidentiality or intellectual property clauses, Company will be entitled to injunctive relief.
TLDR: We can terminate your contract if you're disruptive or difficult, but you still have to pay. You agree to protect us from any legal problems that arise from your actions and to defend us in court if needed.
11. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
Client hereby agrees that by signing this document, electronic signature or otherwise, that Client agrees to all of the contract statements above and has agreed to a coaching package lined out on the invoices given.
TLDR: By signing this (electronically or otherwise), you agree to everything above and to the specific program details on your invoice.
